Data annotation is equivalent to labeling raw data, and the annotated data can be used for training artificial intelligence. The National Data Bureau will deploy a new batch of data annotation pilot projects in 32 cities, delving into fields such as industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and transportation to overcome bottlenecks in the development of the data annotation industry. In terms of digital talent cultivation, multiple departments will strengthen collaboration to promote the establishment of a comprehensive talent training mechanism that connects undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs related to data elements, and to improve the layout of disciplines and specialties related to data elements.
