Druckenmiller Warning: The bond market has already priced in the future developments

According to CoinMeta, Stanley Druckenmiller recently published an opinion piece in The Wall Street Journal, warning that the bond market has already priced in these developments. On August 19th, the Treasury Department announced that it would double the scale of its long-term bond repurchase operations to at least $4 billion, with the plan to carry out these purchases from September 9th to November 4th. This move came after yields reached their highest level in nearly 19 years, yet the market reacted indifferently to it. Druckenmiller pointed out that the current bond market is not facing a crisis, but rather a "bill," and emphasized that suppressing this signal could delay fiscal reforms. He believes that intervention in the bond market may lead to greater risks, and investors should pay attention to future changes in fiscal policy.
