tzero and Intercontinental Exchange ICE Reach Cooperation to Build a Tokenized Securities Platform Together

According to CoinMeta, tzero has announced a partnership with Intercontinental Exchange ICE to jointly build the infrastructure for the NYSE tokenized securities platform that is about to be launched. tzero will participate in the design of digital transfer agents and brokerage systems to support on-chain settlement of tokenized securities, and is expected to become an approved participant in the platform after meeting regulatory and technical requirements. ICE will also invest in tzero's latest round of financing and obtain authorization to use its blockchain patent portfolio, which includes 103 patents. Both parties will also evaluate the possibility of using tzero tokenized assets for collateral management at ICE's clearinghouse.
