2026-09-01 01:28:43
According to CoinMeta, Goldman Sachs stated that in the coming years, capital expenditures of large tech companies (such as Alphabet, Meta, and Amazon) will continue to grow, and investors should be prepared for this. Eric Sheridan, co-head of Goldman Sachs' research, expects that a balance between supply and demand in the AI sector will not be achieved until the first half of 2028, which means there will be additional capital expenditures and revenue growth. The capital expenditure in the second quarter was $44.9 billion, slightly higher than Wall Street's forecast of $44.7 billion, and the annual capital expenditure guidance has been raised to $195 billion to $205 billion. Tesla stated that it will invest $25 billion in capital expenditures for 2026, which is about three times its historical expenditure. The capital expenditure in the second quarter was $18.4 billion, far exceeding analysts' forecast of $6 billion.
