According to CoinMeta, the Indian Bureau of Statistics stated on Monday that India's economy grew by 7.8% in the quarter ending June, exceeding expectations, indicating that despite the impact of the war between the United States and Israel against Iran, this South Asian country has maintained its resilience. Although soaring oil prices and U.S. tariffs have affected trade with one of India's largest export destinations, the latest data is still on par with the growth rate of the January-March quarter and is also close to the 7.7% growth rate for the fiscal year ending March. Calculated based on gross value added, industries covering financial services, real estate, and information technology grew by 12.1%, which is the fastest among all categories. Manufacturing grew by 9.2%, higher than the 8.3% in the same period last year; while electricity, natural gas, and other public utility services grew by 8.9%.
