Analyst: Bitcoin's price break above $90,000 still needs to be verified

According to CoinMeta, after maintaining stability above a key weekly exponential moving average, the price of Bitcoin has now approached $78,000. The resistance that Bitcoin is currently facing may determine whether the rebound will continue to $90,000. Recently, the price of Bitcoin rose from $63,000 to $79,500 within five days, and this rapid increase has caused the market to consolidate below several technical resistance levels. Meanwhile, traders are still digesting the hawkish remarks made by Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Walsh at the Jackson Hole Conference. Brent crude oil has risen above $90 due to tensions in the Strait of Hormuz. Spot Bitcoin ETF recorded a net outflow of $201.81 million on August 28, ending the inflow trend that had been in place since August 17. Analysts Ted pointed out that Bitcoin price found support at the 50-week exponential moving average, despite being rejected by the 50-week simple moving average. Walsh stated that inflation still exceeds the Federal Reserve's target of 2%, and summer data did not show any substantial improvement. Higher borrowing costs may tighten liquidity and affect speculative assets.
