According to CoinMeta, AI has reached a $35 billion computing power procurement agreement with Anthropic and Lambda. Part of this computing power is provided by Bitcoin mining company Hut, which is located in the Beacon Point park in Nueces County, Texas. Hut disclosed that the park has signed two 15-year leases with a total value of $19.6 billion. Hut reported revenue of $74.93 million in the second quarter, and it is estimated that after the Beacon Point park is fully operational, it will generate an average annual operating profit of about $1.31 billion.
