Backpack Launches Cross-Asset Trading Feature Using Stocks as Collateral

According to CoinMeta, Backpack has announced that users can now use real stocks as collateral to trade stocks, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments across its unified cross-asset portfolio margin accounts. Users can trade stocks and the perpetual contracts of ETF 24/7, borrow dollars for futures trading, or use their stock holdings for margin trading. The stocks currently available for trading include the perpetual contracts of $__BJWKEEP_00003$, $__BJWKEEP_00004$, $__BJWKEEP_00005$, and $__BJWKEEP_00006$, as well as stocks from Micron and Sandisk as collateral. More stocks will be added in the future.
