This multi-year secret project, codenamed “c430l”, brought together some of Russia's most experienced missile experts to help Iran develop a new type of weapon. This weapon has the capability to threaten American aircraft carriers and other warships in the Middle East region. Investigations have found that this project began in 2023 and continued even after the United States and Israel launched a war against Iran. Relevant evidence includes leaked Russian communication documents, travel records, and analysis of military patents. The main purpose of the “c430l” project was to assist Iran in developing ramjet propulsion systems, which enable cruise missiles to fly at speeds several times that of sound.
