According to CoinMeta, Catherine Carras, the High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy of the European Union, stated at a press conference on September 1 that the EU will increase its support for Ukraine, as well as its investment in its own defense capabilities. Carras pointed out that the EU will continue to provide support to Ukraine through "Ukraine Support Loans." To date, the EU has provided Ukraine with 8.37 billion euros (approximately 9.7 billion US dollars) in defense assistance, and it will continue to provide aid in the future.
