According to CoinMeta, the Hashkey group announced on September 2nd its participation in the Digital Assets Consulting Services Industry Working Group of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), becoming the first Asian digital assets service provider. The company will participate in discussions regarding how to issue, transfer, settle, and protect tokenized securities through institutional market infrastructure. Hashkey stated that the working group currently includes over 100 financial institutions, asset management companies, and digital asset firms, with participants such as JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, NASDAQ, and the New York Stock Exchange. Hashkey operates digital asset trading, asset management, and on-chain infrastructure services in multiple regulated markets, covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, and Bermuda. Since 2023, the company has been involved in tokenization projects led by Hong Kong's financial authorities and is a member of the community of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's Ensemble Architecture project.
