According to CoinMeta, the US dollar has risen to a two-week high, but according to a survey by Reuters, most foreign exchange strategists still expect the dollar to weaken, with the euro expected to rise to $1.18 within the next year. Although the US Dollar Index rose to 99.8 on Wednesday, hitting its highest level since mid-August, foreign exchange strategists are relatively cautious about this rebound. The survey shows that 34 foreign exchange strategists believe the risk of the dollar weakening over the next three months is greater than the risk of it strengthening. Meanwhile, the futures market expects the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates twice more this year, and the yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond briefly approached its highest level in three years at 4.82%.
