According to CoinMeta, Gemini3.8 and Flash have been officially launched with their prices remaining unchanged, and they have outperformed Opus5 in multiple evaluations. The new models feature extensive software engineering and autonomous agent, supporting approximately 1 million token in context, with a maximum output of 65,000 token. The Google's Antigravity and agent have been updated to 3.8 Flash. In comparisons based on Google, the 3.8 Flash scored first in 8 out of 14 categories, with Deepswe and v1.1 seeing an improvement from 65.3% to 71.0%, approaching Opus5's 74.0%. Terminal-bench's score reached 89.4%, slightly higher than Opus5's 89.1% and GPT-5.6 and SOL's 88.8%. It also received the highest scores in financial agent, legal agent, complex chart reasoning, and long-video understanding. The current input cost for the 3.8 Flash is $0.75, with an output cost of $3.75 per million token, which is only 15% of the Opus5 price. This discount is available until December 31; starting from January 1, 2027, the price will double.
