According to CoinMeta, the price of Bitcoin approached $77,200 on September 3, as its rebound at the end of August failed to establish support above $80,000. Rising Treasury yields, increased supply of profits, and weak trading volume ETF have limited Bitcoin's recovery. Traders are preparing for the U.S. August employment report on September 4, which could change market expectations regarding interest rates. CoinMarketCap shows that Bitcoin's 24-hour trading volume was approximately $27.7 billion, with a market value close to $1.55 trillion. Glassnode Researcher Frederik Theissen stated that a short-term squeeze in mid-August pushed Bitcoin into the $80,000 range, but it then stalled due to the supply from long-term holders. The cost basis for short-term Bitcoin holders is near $71,000, with the main support zone between $62,000 and $65,000, while the supply from long-term holders in the $83,000 to $86,000 range constitutes the main resistance.
