According to CoinMeta, the price of Ethereum rebounded to $2,400 on September 3 after falling to $2,370 earlier in the month. The current price is around $2,408, which represents a 0.66% increase from the opening price of $2,392. The token hit a low of $2,370 during the day and a high of $2,419. Although the rebound brought ETH back to the key level of $2,400, it is still below the Fibonacci retracement zone of $2,438 and the resistance range of $2,500-2,550. Sellers have repeatedly defended the upper region since Ethereum's rebound at the end of August. Tensions between the United States and Iran have intensified, driving the price of Brent crude oil to a six-week high of $97.39, and the market is also preparing for the Federal Reserve's decision on September 16. Market forecasts Kalshi suggest that there is a 53% probability of a 25-basis-point interest rate hike.
