According to CoinMeta, as reported by Bitcoin.com and News, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is seeking feedback on the confidentiality period and review speed for crypto ETF filings. Grayscale, for, and Innovation (CCI) support the option of setting a selectable confidentiality filing period, while Charles Schwab recommends making the filing documents public 75 days in advance. Andreessen Horowitz (A16Z) supports shortening the review time, but Jane Street believes that accelerating the process may reduce product quality. Currently, there are 174 crypto asset-related ETF in the United States, with BlackRock managing assets worth approximately $61 billion, which accounts for about 38% of the total assets.
