According to CoinMeta, as reported by Cointelegraph, the Polish prosecution has filed charges against Ż., the suspect in the investigation case of Zondacrypto, accusing him of participating in organized crime and misappropriating 7.8 million zlotys (approximately 2.1 million US dollars) of user funds. The prosecution is applying to the Eastern District Court of Katowice for his pre-trial detention.
