According to CoinMeta, Ark Venture Fund and its advisor Ark Investment Management LLC have submitted a second revision exemption application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), seeking to add a new class of Exchange Class that will be listed on national stock exchanges based on the existing shares, as well as a new class of Tokenized Class that will be recorded using distributed ledger technology and traded on over-the-counter trading systems or quotation systems such as ATS.
