According to CoinMeta, due to a cross-chain bridge security incident involving Nomic NBTC, the functions for minting, redeeming, depositing, and withdrawing BTC Alloyed assets have been suspended for Osmosis. The BTC on Osmosis is supported by 30% of NBTC; however, the BTC in the pool can still be traded. The team will release a post-event analysis and a recovery plan.
