According to CoinMeta, as reported by Bloomberg, the House Ways and Means Committee of the United States has released an 114-page crypto tax bill that provides tax exemptions for certain online fees below $10 and extends wash trading rules to digital assets. The bill is scheduled to be reviewed on September 16 and covers small-scale crypto transactions, calculation of gains and losses, transfers, wash trading, mining, staking, and broker requirements, among other topics. It is expected that the bill will be considered alongside other tax and healthcare measures during the review process.
