CoinMeta data: In the past 24 hours, the cryptocurrency market witnessed the liquidation of long positions worth approximately $571 million, with BTC and ETH being the most affected. According to CoinMeta data, exchanges liquidated long positions totaling around $571 million, which is the highest figure since August 22. Short positions accounted for only about $100 million. Analysts have pointed out that if the Senate votes to pass the Clear Act, Ethereum and DEFI tokens could perform better than Bitcoin. XRP long positions suffered losses of about $30 million, while Solana long positions lost about $22 million. The market had expected the Clear Act to move forward, but this hope was dashed after the Senate failed to pass a 60-vote procedural vote.
