Visa is reportedly seeking new stablecoin partners with the aim of expanding global settlements, and requires that partner institutions hold crypto licenses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Singapore.

合作方需覆盖四地牌照
根据报道援引的产品需求文件，Visa 正寻找一家具备结算能力的合作方，以及一家场外交易合作方。理想对象需要在美国、加拿大、英国和新加坡持有加密交易相关牌照。
这四个市场都属于加密监管要求较高的司法辖区，同时覆盖四地牌照的机构并不多。报道认为，这意味着 Visa 更看重合规覆盖，而不是单纯追求接入速度。
稳定币成为支付巨头竞争方向
随着稳定币在支付和清算场景中的应用扩大，传统支付公司之间的竞争也在加快。Visa 此次重新寻找合作方，显示其并未放缓稳定币结算布局，反而希望在合作关系调整后继续推进相关业务。
