Take-Two is also advancing related investigations. The company has applied to Microsoft and Discord for federal subpoenas, requesting records related to the leaked information. Court documents indicate that the relevant materials must be submitted by September 4th.

Currently, wallet analysis can only indicate the flow of funds and cannot prove the identity of the operator. The controller behind CYBERLEEK has not been publicly identified, and the related accusations have not been confirmed by courts or law enforcement agencies.
