According to CoinMeta, British Petroleum (BP.N) announced the launch of an expansion project for its large facility located in the US Bay Area, Atlantis. The expansion will add two new offshore water injection wells and is expected to increase the annual average peak total production by about 10,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. The project was completed ahead of schedule and below budget.
