This platform was jointly created by Chengdu and China Telecom, and is positioned as the core carrier for computing power scheduling and token hub operations in Chengdu. The platform integrates computing power scheduling, model adaptation, token measurement, data circulation, application empowerment, and cross-border security. It will comprehensively integrate the city's computing power and token resources, making computing power resources as readily available as water and electricity, with billing based on usage. Using token as a unified measurement standard, it facilitates the entire process from application to use, verification, to payment, and is aligned with Chengdu's computing power voucher and token policy system, simplifying the application, usage, and payment processes for these vouchers.
