According to CoinMeta, as reported by Bloomberg, Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi said that Iran is ready to resume negotiations to end nearly seven months of conflict with the United States, but will not respond to threats. In his speech at the United Nations General Assembly in New York on Wednesday, Raisi also stated that Iran will not allow freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz until the sanctions and U.S. blockade are lifted.
