Oracle expands its digital asset data platform to support stablecoins and CBDC trading
2026-09-24 14:52:18
According to CoinMeta, Oracle has announced the expansion of its digital asset data platform, enabling banks to directly process stablecoins, tokens, tokenized deposits, and other digital asset transactions within the existing 20022 payment system, without the need to establish separate payment systems for each asset or blockchain. The platform will support multi-chain ledgers, managed wallets, smart contracts, and on-chain/off-chain workflows, and is pre-integrated with Bitcoin. The new version will also integrate with Ethereum to synchronize interbank payment commitments and tokenized deposit status, and complete final settlements through the existing Ripple network or agent banks. Additionally, an Oracle database will be introduced to analyze for abnormal transactions, liquidity pressures, fraud, and related risks, and it will be capable of triggering controlled actions such as freezing tokens, suspending accounts, and adjusting limits. Oracle states that this platform is designed to help regulated financial institutions transition digital assets from pilot programs to formal production environments.
