According to CoinMeta, despite facing macroeconomic headwinds, the price of Bitcoin has risen to $82,900, touching its 365-day rolling simple moving average. On September 22, Bitcoin broke through the $80,900 365-day average for the first time in 310 days. The founders of Altcoin Pro, Ryan Horst and Joni Zhuleku, noted that historically, every time Bitcoin rebounded after staying below this average for more than 90 days, the price rose again after 12 months, with increases ranging from about 59% to over 1,400%. Nevertheless, Horst pointed out that this pattern is not foolproof, as there have been failed breakouts in 2018 and 2022. Both are optimistic about Bitcoin's long-term prospects but are more concerned with whether the price can remain above the 200-day average.
