This ETF is initiated by Bitwise Investment Advisers and LLC, and its S-1 documents were submitted on September 16th to SEC. The purpose of Bitwise NEAR ETF is to provide exchange-traded product exposure for NEAR related assets. This Form 8-A was signed on September 24th by Bitwise, the Chief Operating Officer, on behalf of Teddy Fusaro.
