2026-09-28 10:31:25
According to CoinMeta, the privacy blockchain Zano reported that due to vulnerabilities in gateway and address, unauthorized Zano and FUSD entered circulation. The team has restarted the blockchain from block height 3,833,000, which is prior to the activation of hard and fork on August 26th, meaning that approximately one month's worth of transaction history on the chain was rolled back. Transactions confirmed during this affected period will not be part of the restored main chain. Zano states that wallet spending keys, the privacy of regular transactions, and the core consensus system were not affected. The team is currently working with the affected projects and counterparties to assess the losses and will announce compensation and claim settlement plans.
