According to CoinMeta, Fengzhùshǒu (Bee Assistant) announced that recently, the company signed a computing power server procurement agreement with Company C, with a total amount of 3.96 billion yuan (including tax), and also signed a computing power service agreement with Company D, for an amount of 5.717 billion yuan (including tax, excluding cabinet service fees, which are calculated separately). The service cooperation period is 60 months. The relevant resolutions have been approved by the board of directors, although the procurement agreement still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
