According to CoinMeta, Ukraine states that there are currently no positive signs indicating that a ceasefire agreement covering Black Sea grain exports may be reached in the coming months. Attack activities in the region have severely weakened Ukraine's ability to export key agricultural products globally. Ukrainian Minister of Agriculture Vysotsky said, "Unfortunately, it is hard to imagine any possible solution to this issue in the next few months. We must truly be prepared to accept that the current situation will remain so severe." Vysotsky mentioned that the countries involved in facilitating the negotiations have informed Ukraine that Russia has so far rejected all proposals put forward by Kiev's partners. He added, "All possible rounds of negotiations have been attempted, but so far, no results have been achieved." He was scheduled to brief his EU counterparts on the situation later on Monday.
