According to CoinMeta, BNB Chain announced the appointment of Thomas Chen as the newly established Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), responsible for revenue strategy, institutional partnerships, and long-term value growth of the ecosystem. Chen previously held the position of CEO for Bitcoin's revenue protocol Function, and earlier on, served as the Global Sales Director for BitGo. His new responsibilities will focus on institutions and capital markets, stablecoins and settlement, transaction liquidity, and ecosystem distribution, as well as promoting more stablecoin issuers, RWA platforms, and institutional capital to enter BNB Chain.
