According to CoinMeta, Karas, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of the European Union, stated after the meeting that member states have not made any new decisions regarding the provision of Patriot missiles to Ukraine. She mentioned that one of the options under discussion is for member states and EU partners to temporarily lend missiles from their own stockpiles to Ukraine, with subsequent replacement. The cost of replacing these devices could be covered by a €90 billion aid loan that the EU will provide to Ukraine. Karas also noted that the EU has so far approved procurement plans worth €28.3 billion under this loan, which also include Patriot missiles that will be produced in the United States in the future.
