According to CoinMeta, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google may invest nearly $600 billion in artificial intelligence in 2026. As the growth of cloud computing accelerates, investors are questioning the return on investment for AI. These three tech giants are spending huge amounts of money to build infrastructure for artificial intelligence. This week, investors will be watching whether their cloud businesses can grow fast enough to justify these costs. Analysts predict that Google Cloud's revenue in the September quarter is expected to increase by 95.1% year-on-year, Microsoft's Azure business is expected to grow by 47.7%, and Amazon Web Services ( AWS ) may expand by 38.2%. However, these companies must build expensive infrastructure before they can meet demand. Amazon expects to spend about $220 billion in 2026, Google's parent company Alphabet's investment plan is close to $195 billion to $205 billion, and Microsoft's expenses may reach about $175 billion.
