CoinMeta data: Strong orders for durable goods in the United States drove U.S. Treasury yields to reverse their early-day decline and turn upward. The market is awaiting the Federal Reserve's interest rate decision to be announced tomorrow. Markets expect that the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) will keep interest rates unchanged and resume raising rates in December. U.S. durable goods orders increased by 1.8% in September, slightly higher than market expectations, mainly driven by growth in orders for transportation equipment. The yield on 10-year U.S. Treasury bonds rose to 4.997% during trading, up from 4.987% on Monday; the yield on 2-year Treasury bonds rose to 4.731%, up from 4.712% on Monday.
