According to CoinMeta, a security incident occurred with a Solflare staking service provider, affecting the keys held by its validators, which resulted in those validators ceasing to generate staking rewards. User funds were not affected; the entrusted SOL remained in the users' staking accounts and is controlled by the users' own keys. Solflare will guide users to migrate to new validators through an application update. Once staking is reactivated, rewards will be restored, and there are plans to compensate the migrated users.
