According to CoinMeta, Zilliqa has released an update on the security incident, confirming that some liquidity pools have been affected, and CEO Alexander Zahnd has resigned. Zilliqa is currently working with external cybersecurity companies to investigate the issue. Some liquidity pools that use x-bridge and ZRC2 proxy contracts have been affected, including PlunderSwap. The tokens affected are ZUSDT, SEED, KUSD, and ZOGE. The native ZIL and Zilliqa EVM networks have not been affected. X-bridge is currently suspended from use, and Zilliqa is requesting users to stop using X-bridge or the affected liquidity pools. They are also in the process of rotating all operational keys and are actively cooperating with exchanges and law enforcement authorities.
