According to CoinMeta, Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Total Energy, and Chevron are expected to win India's 2027 liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) supply contracts. Two market sources indicated that India's state-owned LPG importers may award a joint tender contract to these three companies, which seeks to deliver approximately 2.75 million tons of LPG in 2027. Indian companies received around 12 long-term import tender bids this time. Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum Corporation, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation previously sought to purchase goods from ultra-large LPG carriers on a monthly basis. India's Petroleum Minister stated on Tuesday that currently 67% of India's LPG imports come from the United States.
