FIRY sells its shares of Exit Games for $55 million in cash. The New York Stock Exchange stated that this sale represents a total cash return of approximately 1.1 times FIRY's initial investment. FIRY acquired a minority stake in Exit Games for $50 million in July 2021, and the transaction was completed based on an agreement signed by the company during its predecessor's name, Skillz Inc.
