Tampa, Florida, October 8, 2026 ( GLOBE NEWSWIRE )– Global cybersecurity software provider CyberFOX ® announced today that it has acquired Optimize365. CyberFOX is committed to helping IT teams control access, protect credentials, and ensure connection security. This acquisition will continuously enhance the 365-day tenant monitoring and reinforcement capabilities of Microsoft, adding to its existing product portfolio, which already includes privileged access management ( PAM ), password management, AI-powered DNS filtering, and zero-trust network access ( ZTNA ).

Teams in various industries that use IT need to provide security guarantees for rapidly expanding platforms and diverse technology stacks under the constraints of limited budgets and resources. The Microsoft 365 environment adds an extra layer of complexity, with its configurations, permissions, and security settings potentially changing rapidly over time. If not managed carefully, this can pose risks. After acquiring Optimize365, CyberFOX stated that their ability to help IT teams identify and resolve these risks in both terminal and cloud environments will be enhanced.
