News from the IT community on October 9th: Jimu Ke ( GMKtec ) has officially started selling the EVO - X5 Pro desktop mini AI workstations.

EVO - X5 Pro Based on AMD, equipped with AI Max + PRO 495 “Gorgon Halo” processors, supports local operation of 320B large models, and comes pre-installed with GMKtec Claw intelligent agents.

This product offers two storage configurations: 192GB + 2TB and 192GB + 4TB, with prices of 46,999 yuan and 49,999 yuan respectively.

The chassis features a full-metal CNC design, equipped with a heat spreader and a triple-fan cooling system that supports a continuous power output of 120W; it provides 3 M.2 2280 SSD slots (×4 + ×4 + ×1), and is fitted with a AMD RZ717 (MediaTek MT7925) wireless network card.

In terms of interfaces, the front of the device features 1 3.5mm audio jack, 2 USB-A 10Gbps ports, and 2 USB-C 40Gbps ports; on the back, there is 1 3.5mm audio jack, 1 HDMI 2.1 port, 2 USB-C 80Gbps ports, 2 USB-A 480Mbps ports, as well as 2 10GbE RJ-45 ports.
