Sarasota, Florida, October 9th / PRNewswire / -- Bank of America announced today that Jeff Crabtree, the regional head for the Consumer Banking area, has been appointed as President of the Sarasota/Manatee region. He succeeds Stephenie Whitfield, who was recently transferred to Georgia for another position within the company.
As the President and Head of Marketing for the region, Crabtree will connect customers, colleagues, and the community with the company's overall business capabilities, and promote collaboration among the company's eight business lines. He will lead Bank of America in expanding its market share in Sarasota/Manatee by establishing strong local connections and seeking opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships.

Crabtree will continue to serve as the regional leader for the Consumer Banking area, leading a team of market leaders focused on growth and strategic financial solutions in multiple regions of Florida. He has 15 years of experience at Bank of America and has held various positions at Consumer Banking and Merchant Services. He has always been an important member of the leadership team in Sarasota/Manatee.
Crabtree actively participates in community activities and serves as a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America. He also supports the development of his colleagues by participating in various employee networks within the company.
