Vancouver, British Columbia, October 10th / PRNewswire / -- Wall Street Investor News Commentary indicates that four listed retail investment platforms collectively have over 41 million funded accounts, two of which reported record-breaking quarters this summer. They all exhibit the same trend: more and more people are managing their finances through mobile phones, and the platforms competing for these users are also adding research, data, and AI tools beyond just trading buttons.
Active companies include: Robinhood Markets, Inc ( NASDAQ : HOOD ), Webull Corporation ( NASDAQ : BULL ), Futu Holdings Limited ( NASDAQ : FUTU ), eToro Group Ltd ( NASDAQ : ETOR ), as well as Morningstar, Inc ( NASDAQ : MORN ).
Not every investor needs a brokerage firm to track the market for them. An increasing number of free tools are available at the pre-trading stage, aimed at those who want to view prices, understand why stocks fluctuate, and create watchlists, but are unwilling to pay for a trading terminal. These tools now compete with brokerage firms in terms of the features they offer: real-time quotes, easy-to-understand explanations, and AI research.
Quote Daddy is one of them. It is a free stock tracking application that supports web pages, iPhone, and Android platforms. It provides real-time observation lists of U.S. stocks and ETF, interactive charts, insider activities from SEC Form 4 sources, reminders, as well as one-click AI briefings that explain in plain English why stocks fluctuate. It also tracks the latest SEC 13F holdings submitted by well-known investors and transactions disclosed by Congress. Its research tool, Luxor IQ, integrates real-time prices, one-year trend data, fundamentals, news, and analyst ratings into research notes written by AI. Three reports can be generated for free every day. There is no need for a credit card, and there is no paywall; accounts can be registered for free at quotedaddy.com.
The following are applications and research services used by investors from five listed platforms in the same field, as well as the information disclosed in their latest quarters.
