News from the IT community on October 15th: The open-source graphics card tool Universal MFG Unlocker version 1.5.0 has been released. It cracks NVIDIA's newly launched DLSS frame generation "preset C" ( Preset C), allowing gamers of the RTX 30 series graphics cards to experience it for free as well, with a performance boost of up to 35%.

IT Note: The DLSS preset C ( Preset C ) is a new "Performance Mode ( Performance Mode )" preset introduced by NVIDIA for the DLSS frame generation ( Frame Generation ) technology. This preset maintains a high level of smoothness while significantly reducing the computational load during frame interpolation, allowing mainstream and mid-range graphics cards to achieve higher frame rates.

DLSS Pre-set C officially supports Ada Lovelace and the latest architecture of RTX 40 / RTX 50 series graphics cards and laptops. Developers in dashdogy have made the latest release of the Universal MFG Unlocker 1.5.0 tool compatible with the DLSS 310.9.16 runtime, thus enabling DLSS pre-set C on the RTX 30 series.

In response to the situation where the official RTX 30 series graphics cards do not support DLSS frame generation, the new version not only ensures stable operation but also significantly optimizes the frame smoothness ( Frame Pacing ) under high frame rates of 3 times or more.

Thanks to the seamless integration of OptiScaler, this tool allows the three graphics cards NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel to enable Intel XeSS multi-frame generation, providing options for ultra-high generation rates ranging from 2 to 6 times.
