New York, October 15th / PRNewswire / -- Neuberger Municipal Fund Inc. (New York Stock Exchange American Market: NBH) (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund") has announced a distribution of $0.05417 per common share.
The distribution announced this time will be paid on November 16, 2026, with the registration date being October 30, 2026, and the ex-dividend date also being October 30, 2026.
The purpose of this fund is to provide income exempt from United States federal ordinary income tax. For some shareholders, distributions from the fund may be subject to federal alternative minimum tax.
The distributions announced this time, as well as future distributions, may consist of net investment income, realized capital gains, and capital repayments. If the fund distributes an amount exceeding its net investment income during any fiscal year, these distributions may also include realized gains and/or capital repayments. If a distribution includes capital repayments, the net asset value per share of the fund may decrease, and accordingly, the cost basis for investors' holdings will also be reduced.
According to Article 19 of the revised 1940 Investment Companies Act, any distribution that is not solely composed of net investment income will be subject to a notification. This notification is for informational purposes only and is not intended for tax filing purposes. It will disclose the estimated components of the distribution, if any, including net investment income, capital gains, and capital repatriations. The ultimate source and tax attributes of all distributions paid in 2026 will be determined after the end of the year.
