The newly launched Rewards add-on combines loss prediction, industry benchmark comparison, and next purchase prediction, enabling brands to target the members who truly need to be reached with each marketing campaign.

San Antonio, October 21, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Today, we are launching "Advanced Analytics" (Advanced Analytics), which is an additional component of TrueLoyal Rewards. Its purpose is to help loyalty teams determine where to focus their efforts. This feature can show which members are becoming less active, which members are likely to make another purchase, and how a particular brand's loyalty program compares to other loyalty programs in the same industry.

Most loyalty teams are able to report on the performance of their programs in the last quarter, but they often find it difficult to easily identify which members need discounts and which members would have purchased anyway. Discounts are usually given to the entire list, and a portion of those expenses ends up benefiting members who would have made purchases regardless. Advanced analytics add predictive results to each member profile, and these predictions are also displayed as criteria in the event builder. As a result, teams can directly convert ratings into the target audience for events at the same stage of program execution.

Advanced analysis includes AI churn prediction (AI Churn Prediction), which allows for the identification of each member based on their likelihood of churn; it also encompasses benchmark comparison (Benchmarking), where each project is compared to loyalty programs in the same industry using publicly available data, and a "loyalty health score" (Loyalty Health Score) is provided. The next purchase prediction is then used to estimate when each member is likely to make another purchase.

TrueLoyal, the Vice President of Products, stated: "Predictions are only valuable when the team knows how to use them. Therefore, we have built advanced analytics around the marketing campaigns that the loyalty team is already running. The prediction results are displayed in member profiles and can be directly accessed from the campaign builder, allowing the team to take action immediately based on that information."

TrueLoyal CEO Jacek Materna stated: "Mid-sized market brands cannot afford to spread their loyalty budget evenly and then rely on the results. Advanced analytics can tell the team who to reach out to and when to do so, but the actual execution is still up to the team to decide."

TrueLoyal indicates that advanced analysis is now available to TrueLoyal Rewards customers. For more information, please contact the TrueLoyal customer representative or visit https :// www.trueloyal.com / advanced-analytics.
