IT News on October 26th: According to gaming media Insider Gaming, Arkane Lyon, which was once a studio under Microsoft XBOX, has been given an additional month to find an acquirer.

IT has learned that Microsoft's XBOX department has undergone large-scale personnel changes this year, with approximately 3,200 people being laid off. Studios such as Double Fine, Compulsion Games, and Undead Labs have been transformed into independently operated entities, while Ninja Theory seems to be on the verge of closure. The developer of "Red Cloud Island," Arkane Lyon, has also been affected and is set to separate from XBOX.

However, due to French labor law restrictions, Microsoft is unable to directly shut down Arkane Lyon, and instead needs to initiate a negotiation process to find an acquirer. Previous announcements indicated that Arkane Lyon needed to find a buyer by November 13th.

Microsoft recently stated that the company has decided to extend the previously announced deadline by one month, to allow Arkane Lyon to find partners and complete the subsequent development work.

As of now, the future of Arkane Lyon remains uncertain, and it is still undecided whether the "Marvel Blade Runner" that the studio is developing will ever see the light of day.

Will the price of XRP fall before the unlocking in November?
CoinPedia reports that the 106 monthly unlocks since January 2018 have not consistently led to a decline in XRP. Ripple plans to release 1 billion XRP on November 1st, but in recent months, about 700 million of them are usually re-locked back into custody within a few hours. Historical data also shows that the performance of XRP during the unlock weeks is not necessarily weaker than during non-unlock weeks.

Exclusive Report: Will the United States Establish a Bitcoin Reserve by January 3, 2027?
The "US Reserves Modernization Act" ( ARMA / H.R .8957 ) was passed by the House Financial Services Committee on September 16, 2026, but currently, the probability of the United States establishing a national Bitcoin reserve by 2027 is estimated to be only around 4% to 9.5%. The article suggests that before the 119th Congress expires on January 3, 2027, the bill still needs to overcome multiple hurdles, including a full House vote, Senate procedures, and presidential signature. Moreover, the bill has been revised to focus mainly on custody and locking, no longer authorizing the Treasury Department to buy Bitcoin in the open market.
