Maya HTT launches M-Bot, a security knowledge management assistant for enterprise engineering

Secure local industrial AI chatbots can provide traceable answers for engineering teams based on proprietary information, without exposing sensitive data or incurring unpredictable costs associated with tokens.

Montreal, November 2, 2026 / PRNewswire / -- Today, we are launching M-Bot, a security knowledge management assistant designed for the engineering field. This product connects engineering, manufacturing, and industrial operations knowledge within enterprises, helping users find complex technical information in just a few seconds.

The natural language interface of M-Bot allows users to query proprietary technical knowledge scattered across documents, systems, and personnel, and can increase the information retrieval speed by up to 60 times. With the help of M-Bot, a manual search that originally took 5 minutes can be shortened to about 5 seconds.

Maya HTT Industrial AI Vice President Ré mi said: "Engineering companies already possess a wealth of valuable technical knowledge, but we have found that it is not easy to convey the right information to the right people at the right time in order to influence critical decisions. We developed M-Bot to enable teams to access this knowledge within seconds, while keeping sensitive engineering data under their complete control at all times."

M-Bot adopts an enhanced retrieval and generation architecture optimized for complex engineering and manufacturing content, capable of handling technical issues involving text, images, tables, charts, and other complex engineering materials, which traditional large language models are unable to analyze. Users can ask questions regarding historical certified temperatures, past technical problems, manufacturing processes, or subsystem test results, and receive detailed and accurate answers, along with links to the corresponding source files.

M-Bot can connect Teamcenter and other PLM environments, as well as SharePoint and Confluence and other enterprise knowledge bases, and provides complete traceability of the sources.

For industries such as aerospace, defense, and manufacturing that handle sensitive intellectual property data, M-Bot can meet data sovereignty requirements by being deployed locally or running within infrastructure controlled by the customer. The company states that since M-Bot does not incur costs based on LLM token billing, nor are there fees that fluctuate with usage, the costs remain predictable and can be determined in advance. M-Bot is currently available for demonstrations and enterprise deployments.

AI Stock Plunge Triggers Selling, but Gold Recovers from a One-Year Low
Gold rebounded from a one-year low on Monday, with spot gold rising to around $3,900 per ounce, as falling oil prices and buying on dips helped precious metals stabilize after the sharp decline in tech stocks last week. Analysts said that margin calls and forced sales may have exacerbated the previous decline, while the drop in oil prices alleviated market concerns about the Federal Reserve maintaining high interest rates for a longer period.
