Santa Clara, California, USA, November 3rd / PRNewswire / -- Enterprise data management company Sesame Software today launches a free migration assessment service for organizations preparing to leave Salesforce. Teams can first access the system in read-only mode, and data experts from Sesame Software will provide a migration plan with clear scope and cost based on their actual data.

Why has the migration of CRM come to a standstill?

For many teams, continuing to use the existing CRM is often the default choice, rather than a decision made after careful consideration. There are three main concerns that prevent them from making a change: the risk of losing records, attachments, or associated relationships during the migration process; the limitations and large volume of data in API that can make the export process slow and fragile; and the loss of years' worth of historical data after the switch is completed.

A visible, verifiable, and signable migration

Sesame Software divides each migration into five steps: assessment, mapping, trial run, transfer, and verification. Customers can obtain:

  • Maintain the integrity of the relationships: Parent-child relationships will be automatically preserved, and the verification report will check each quantity.
  • Extensible: Its patented hyper-threading replication technology can handle hundreds of millions of records without the need for custom code, and it can bypass the limitations of API.
  • Preserve history: Optional searchable archives are stored in the customer's own storage, with audit trails and the ability to access them by time point.
  • Data remains in place: The data pipeline operates within the customer's own environment, and Sesame Software never stores customer data.

Sesame Software Director of Marketing Kristen Besselsen stated: "The most difficult part of leaving a CRM is not making the decision, but proving that nothing was lost during the migration process. We will present evidence to our customers before the switch, so what they sign off on is based on reports, not promises."

Safe and predictable

Sesame Software has passed the certifications of SOC and Type II. Static data is encrypted using AES-256, and TLS version 1.2 or higher is used during transmission. It also supports GDPR and CCPA. The pricing is a fixed annual fee, which includes unlimited data migration and is not charged based on the number of records.

Service Availability

This free migration assessment is now available online, with the URL being https :// go.sesamesoftware.com / leave-salesforce. No credit card is required.

The author Julia Spina of CNBC Pro proposed a neutral options strategy: selling November 4th expiring 425/415 put spreads and 510/520 call spreads to earn approximately $3.65 in premium, betting on a decline in implied volatility after the financial report is released. However, they also emphasized that this strategy carries a maximum loss risk of $635.
